Milă is the only dog from the shelter in Târgu Jiu that we were able to get close to first time. Maybe because he’s the oldest. Maybe because he is sad, almost resigned…
We called him Milă (Pity) because it’s what stirs every inch of your body at first sight.
On second glance, we noticed that poor Milă is missing a chunk of his paw (front left). We don’t know where he lost it, and he doesn’t seem to care too much. What we would be more curious about is how many pieces of soul the poor creature is missing after having passed through a shelter like the one in Târgu Jiu. The missing pieces of soul are much more difficult to find and repair.
Milă needs us, and we need you. The six dogs brought from Târgu Jiu need all of our physical and emotional care, so any long-distance adoption is very important.
