People let Mioara down. Let’s not let her down. She needs help, and we would appreciate any donations in her name.
This gorgeous puppy used to roam the streets of a village near Bucharest. Although she wasn’t harming anyone, she was thought ill, probably because she was too big. Local people started to chase her away, even stoning and threatening her on a daily basis, so there was no turning back. Someone called us and the poor thing ended up in the shelter.
At the moment she’s very scared, of men especially, and doesn’t understand how she went from a free dog to one that has to stay in such a tight space. So Robert immediately started working with her in the Messengers of Hope training program. We all hope to make an adoption-ready dog out of her as soon as possible, but for that we need to “lure” Robert into the intensive program.
Mioara’s training will probably take several weeks or even months. We would be very happy if, during this time, you would follow her development and, in the end, we will find together at least a little corner of the yard. Mioara deserves so much more than what she has received so far in life, and we are committed to giving her that.
