Sponsor Aura – Uzunu Survivor

Become Aura – Uzunu Survivor's hero, even from afar

Aura has known fear in ways no being should ever feel. The past from Uzunu still haunts her every night, and by day she hides her fear in every cautious gesture. Yet, beneath the fright, Aura is a fragile little girl who still hopes and dreams of safety.

On her delicate body, the marks of suffering are visible, and her trembling gaze tells of the pain she has endured. Still, with patience, gentle touch, and love, Aura can begin to believe that the world can be kind. Every moment of affection helps her leave the past behind and feel that she is not alone.

Now, Aura needs support and love, even from afar. Through long-distance adoption, you can be her anchor on the journey toward trust and healing.

Adopt Aura from afar and be by her side every step of the way.

Why dogs like Aura – Uzunu Survivor need sponsors

Every year, thousands of dogs are abandoned on the streets of Romania.

Many eventually arrive at Speranța Shelter after suffering neglect, illness or abuse. While we work tirelessly to find every dog a loving home, some simply wait much longer than others.

Older dogs, dogs with disabilities, and those carrying emotional scars are often overlooked despite having so much love to give.

Sponsorship allows dogs like Aura – Uzunu Survivor to receive everything they need for as long as they’re with us. It also helps us continue rescuing the next stray dog with nowhere else to go.
