Alone, in a field in Ilfov. Injured. Scared. With a broken leg and unable to understand why the world could suddenly feel so cruel. A call for help, a rushed journey, and our colleague reached him. From that moment on, Gălbenuș was no longer alone.
He didn’t know it yet, but his life was about to change.
The leg wound was treated. The vets worked wonders, and his body began to recover. But not all wounds are visible.
Gălbenuș carried the silence of abandonment, fear, uncertainty. The look in his eyes asked without words: „Will I ever be left again?”
With patience, gentleness, and warm words, Gălbenuș began to trust again. And that’s when he showed us his true soul: a gentle, balanced, clingy pup, eager to love and be loved. A soul waiting… for a family.
He waited for two months, one week, and one day.
Somewhere in Buzău, a family mourned the loss of their dog. The love left without a home found its way to Gălbenuș. They saw him. They felt him. And they said „yes” immediately.
On the day he left the shelter, Gălbenuș was no longer the injured puppy from the field. He was a loved dog. Chosen. Wanted.
Today he has a home. Freedom. Arms that hold him and a family that will never leave him. And the painful past slowly fades behind him.
